Key result areas include efficient implementation and maintenance of Distributor Business System, ERP and other Application Systems; optimization of application systems through periodic evaluation and analysis of the management information system and operational data requirement of the Company; user training & support.

Key result areas include implementation of recruitment strategies that ensure the best match of candidates are selected for each vacancy and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently and within the standard lead time; consistent & on-time administration of the company’s compensation and benefits program based on established policies; implementation of strategies and programs that promote healthy labor/industrial relations; active participation in the development of relevant policies and procedures; conduct of research and analysis in studying relevant trends that will aid decision and policy making activities.
