Trade Marketing Officer

Job Summary:
The position is responsible for planning, leading and monitoring trade marketing programs with the objective of enabling the achievement of brand and sales targets.

Key result areas include conceptualization, implementation and administration of merchandising infrastructure in order to promote trade visibility; planning, monitoring and providing deals for national campaigns spending in order to maximize utilization; selection, evaluation and training of subordinates in order to build and sustain a competent trade marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in any business course
  • Two (2) years relevant work experience in FMCG sales and/or brand management
  • Adept in MS Office applications
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills

 

International Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
The position will be responsible in identifying, activating and managing all export sales in order to support the export business and international sales distribution operations of the Company. The position will also take an active role in the development of formulation and packaging requirements in compliance to export trade regulations, customer specifications and market preference.

Key result areas of the position include: strategic order execution, servicing and management of existing Export accounts; effective market monitoring and purposive development of new Export accounts and/or markets; implementation of customized marketing activities for each market; development of customized formulation and packaging requirements.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Export Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, or Marketing
  • At least three (3) years relevant work experience, two (2) years of which are in the field of international sales or business development in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Can effectively interact with senior level officers of external customers and government agencies
  • Previous exposure/training in international cultures and business practices is an advantage
  • Articulate, organized, resourceful, and has a keen eye for details
  • Adept in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
